Tree maintenance, planting of trees, leaf collection, and removal of fallen limbs using a chain saw in a safe and efficient manner.
General vehicle maintenance, oil changes, regular maintenance, and safety checks in accordance with operating manuals for each individual piece of equipment.
To accurately read measuring devices and layout crosswalks, R/R crossings, etc.
A basic knowledge of traffic control devices and flagging traffic while maintaining a safe work environment.
A knowledge of pipe types, sizes and understanding of different uses, sanitary, water and/or storm.
The ability to install and connect pipes correctly and efficiently.
Routinely inspect facilities and equipment for any deficiencies and report safety concerns to your immediate supervisor within a reasonable time frame.
A basic understanding of building construction, electrical and plumbing systems, and the proper maintenance of those systems.
Qualifications Climbing ladders or other equipment designed to reach high spaces.
Work in a confined space Basic knowledge of hand and electrical equipment Ability to reach, stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
