Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Answer a multi-line phone system in a prompt manner.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory and other information as required.
General office duties, including data entry, inventories and other duties as assigned.
Provide administrative support at times when needed by Management.
Basic accounting skills are helpful.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check Driver's License Ability to multitask Must be detail oriented Must be proficient in phone, computer, & email Ability to communicate effectively Must have flexible schedule Willing to train the right candidate Job Types:
